Conscious Play Fest is community driven and relies on all of us resourcing together: with our labor and our money.

Rather than offering "helper tickets" where folks work more for reduced price, everyone participates fully and contributes 3 hours of work to running the festival. This keeps ticket prices lower and fosters a shared sense of ownership.

If you have more financial capacity, we welcome you to contribute more: either by increasing your ticket price at checkout, or by choosing a no-labour ticket at an additional cost and opting out of joining one of the work crews.

Low-Income ticket option is also limited but available, on signup.

    • Thursday: Lunch & Dinner

    • Friday & Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Night Snack

    • Sunday: Breakfast & Snacks

  • Access to all festival activities, workshops, and play spaces

how to join

  1. Fill out the registration form (takes about 10 minutes).

  2. Pay a €111 deposit to confirm your commitment to joining us.

    • This deposit secures your spot and is strictly non-refundable if you decide not to attend.

    • If, for any reason, we are unable to accept your registration, we will refund your deposit in full.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send details about completing your ticket purchase, including the remaining balance.
