Meal Flow

Most meals will be vegan, with occasional vegetarian additions — and always a vegan option available. We've done our best to accommodate the dietary restrictions and preferences you shared with us when signing up, including gluten-free and other specific needs.

We’ll serve:

  • Thursday – light lunch (during arrival) + full dinner

  • Friday – breakfast, lunch, dinner, midnight snack

  • Saturday – brunch, dinner, midnight snack

  • Sunday – breakfast and lunch + dinner for the Strike Crew

Snacks and fruit will be available between meals — nourishment throughout the day.

Grounding Through Food

We see food not only as fuel but as a way to support nervous system regulation. This means regular opportunities to eat, and a sense of ease around access and abundance.

At the same time, we invite awareness around portioning, emotional eating, and your personal needs. Everything is welcome — and you get to decide what works for you.

Kitchen & Fridge Use

There is no access to the kitchen for personal cooking — it’s fully in use by our chef team.

There is a small shared fridge in the Community Hub. With 90+ participants, please use it with care and only for what’s truly perishable.

Bringing Treats

You’re welcome to bring snacks or treats to share. Please clearly label anything that contains nuts, dairy, or gluten.
