Every drop of this juicy gathering, from setting up, meals and cleans, through care and wellness and all the way till we take everything down - is co-created with the support of our participants.

We believe shared effort weaves deeper connection,

and that community care isn’t a side task—it’s a way of being.

Participating in a crew is part of how we root ourselves in this culture. Everyone contributes about three hours during the weekend, and these shifts are built into the flow of the program.

There are no separate “helper tickets”. we’re all in this, together.

🛠 BUILD / STRIKE CREW

First to lift, last to land: you shape the container we gather in.
You’ll help build up the core infrastructure before the festival opens, and stay on after closing to gently dismantle what we created.
👋 GREETING CREW

First faces of the Fest — you welcome, orient, and ease folks into the space.
You’ll greet arrivals, answer questions, handle administrative juiciness and support a grounded arrival.
💗 CARE CREW

You hold the humaning.
From emotional support to nervous system regulation, you're the soft net under the intensity of it all. You help folks ground, reconnect, and feel held.
🔪 CHOPPING CREW

The sacred chop squad: prepping abundance, one slice at a time.
You’re not cooking meals, but you’ll support the kitchen by chopping, washing, and prepping ingredients. Bring steady focus and love into the food flow.
🧼 CLEANING CREW

Sacred stewards of shine and hygiene.
Tasks include cleaning the kitchen after meals, maintaining the shared toilets and showers, emptying bins, and keeping communal areas tidy.

Small bites, big love — this role keeps everyone steady and smiling.
Tasks include setting out snacks, handling leftovers, transferring food between containers, and making sure everything stays fresh and inviting.
You’ll also be the ones bringing out the legendary midnight snacks - fuel for the late-night explorers and playful creatures of the fest :)
🔧 LOCATION CREW

Tenders of space and flow. Gear guardians and room weavers.
You care for the infrastructure that holds it all. From setting up workshop rooms to managing equipment and supporting the ongoing logistics of the fest, you keep things running smoothly and reliably.
🔥 WELLNESS CREW

Tenders of heat and ease — you care for the places we soften.
You're responsible for maintaining our wellness spaces: the sauna, hot tub, and fire circle: preparing and tending to the fire wood, offering the occasional juicy infusion, and making sure these spaces invite softness, rest, and care.
📣 ANNOUNCE CREW

The voice of the fest.
You keep the infos flowing and the community synced: making announcements during daily gatherings and posting key updates. You also tend the community board and info hub.
✋ ASSISTANTS CREW

Bringing the extra hands that make the magic possible.
You’ll support facilitators who need assistance in their workshops.
